METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Step 1> To one glass of puttupodi add one glass of water, grated coconut and required salt.
- Step 2 > Mix the powder thoroughly and let the mixture stay for 20 minutes.
- Step 3> Fill the powder into the puttu maker with grated coconut, layer by layer and steam cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 4> Serve delicious puttu
